Jamie began his journey with the company as a teen, and around 15 years later in 2004 took the opportunity to invest in the business - a reflection of his long-term belief in both the product and the people behind it. Todd stepped into the Director role five years ago, leaving his own successful building business to continue the legacy established by his father, Rod Cushing, who dedicated more than 45 years to growing the company after starting as a young apprentice himself.

Their shared history is built on hard work, trust, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes for local clients. That continuity, combined with Todd’s extensive building background and Jamie’s decades of connection and experience within the business, provides customers with confidence that they are working alongside owners who genuinely understand the building process from every angle.
